We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were exceptional. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options.

Very good quality/price rate. Very big suite with living room, kitchen, balcon, 2 bathrooms (one of them very big with shower and bath). Great food, big variety for breakfast. Nice the swimming pool on the roof. Nice and helpfull staff.

Position quite far from the beaches (nusa dua shore at 15 minutes by car). The free shuttle service to the beach goes at inconvenient hours (9 am too early, 12 too late)

it was nice and clean,it was abit away from the main roads to kuta,but if you have a great driver it costs nothing to go to the main areas,such as kuta,jimbaran,nusa dua,so its pretty central to all of these places,i had read lots of reviews about this place after booking,and prior to travelling,and i was really not looking forward to it after the reviews,as we were there for 6 days,but it was fantastic ,the breakfast is magnificent,the rooftop pool is too die for,!,the views are amazing as well!

only a couple of things really,it says wi fi access,but we couldnt get it,however we wouldnt take a laptop again anyway!,for the price of about 50 cents its easier to go to a cafe,which has high speed access for 10 minutes,the big thing we noticed was the price of the spa(massage etc),way out of context with bali prices,and the restaurant prices,we never ate there,but it was very over priced,it was in line with AUS prices,$75 for a massage,compared to the $6 massage that we had in the street salons!,it was our 5th time to bali,so i hope this has been helpful!

Absolutely nothing.

Swiss-Bel Hotel at Kuta is of tranquility, good service, budgetary hotel. That's all what we need. Although the access road to it from the boulevard is rather long, the location is just 15 to 20 minutes to the airport. About 10 minutes to "Bali Collection" market and Convention Centers (at the big hotels) at Nusa Dua, 20 minutes from Krisna the most complete and budgetary souvenir shop, and 15 minutes from Sea Food restaurants at Jimbaran coast. The taxi is always ready within 3 minutes after any call. The breakfast meal collection is rather limited however they are fresh and healthy. The hotel also serves room service for lunch and dinner with, again, very limited range of meal choice. In any case, I think the hotel is suitable and recommendable for both business trip and leisure at the same time..

Almost everything was perfect. Hotel is little bit far away from restaurants but if you are looking for secure stay its perfect.Transport to the secured beautiful beach is provided which makes Swiss hotel great place to stay for few nights away from everything.Breakfast is gorgeous.Actually, go there just for the bf ;-)

The hotel offers a serene and peaceful location away from the busy Kuta area, surrounded by natural landscapes in a hilltop with beautiful views. the restaurant provides delicious food, and guests can enjoy it in the upstairs area with scenic views of the surroundings. the staff members provide attentive service, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options. some rooms have a private pool, kitchen, and relaxing lounge area, providing an enjoyable experience.

Nice location but only if you are looking for separated and quiet place( hotel is placed on the hill). Great view from the restaurant and edge- less swimming pool. Good choice but only in promo price.

Far from the beach (Nusa Dua) and shooping streets. Transport provided by the hotel is small and travels too rare. Staff could be more friendly. Average breakfast. Not worthy in regular price. We had deluxe rooms - what means that they are equiped with a small balcony with no view and full of ac agregates...( Standard rooms are just with a window and view for a wall hehe)

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. Loved the view from the infinity pool and the spacious rooms. The staff were so friendly and gave excellent service. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food and the Christmas dinner was delicious.

The location was a bit remote and getting to the nearby town was a hassle. The hotel's shuttle service was limited and quite expensive. The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced and had a limited menu.

For a classy comfort hotel such swiss bell it really budget friendly, n family suit hotel.. Love the sky terrace restaurant.

The location was isolated and far from any activities or attractions. Some of the facilities were in need of upgrading and refurbishing.
